L.V. Switchgear products are assembled in the SES factory with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
This facility has designed with the requirements of Health and Safety in mind. The factory which has been designed as per the recommendations of the best practices by ABB has dedicated assembly lines for MDBs, SMDBs and Final DBs. Apart from the assembly lines, there is a dedicated area for Incoming material inspection, Stores, Testing area and a dispatch area. It operates a smooth system from design to assembly, coming fully equipped with a CAD design system and the latest machinery.
While SES is a UAE based organization, it benchmarks it practices with the best in the world. We use ERP system SAP for our Sales, planning, procurement, store and inventory management and financial processes. This ensures that we deliver the right product to our customers with right processes. Also in order to serve the customer with prompt and local response, we have a large storage facility. This ensures that we have necessary spares available at all times, in order to serve any after sales, retrofitting and expansion requirement of the clients. Our ERP system allows us to keep a track of all the stock at all times and hence the response to our customers is as per their requirement.
Similarly, best Project management processes are followed in order to execute the projects under the triple constraints of Cost, Time and quality. All necessary processes related to project execution are rigorously followed ensuring that each project meets its objectives.
Apart from the material resources, our experienced manpower is our greatest strength. We have experienced personnel from the Switchgear industry who have local experience of more than 15 – 20 years.
